What Ceremli stores
Ceremli stores account details and the wedding-planning information you choose to enter, including wedding details, guest names and contact details, RSVPs, dietary information, event attendance, seating, budget information, invitations and supplier enquiries.
Why we use the information
We use this information to provide the Ceremli wedding-planning service, authenticate your account, deliver invitations and password-reset emails when requested, process plan payments, operate RSVP tools, and keep your planning information available to you.
Service providers
Ceremli may use infrastructure and service providers such as Railway for hosting, Resend for transactional email and Stripe for payment processing. These providers receive only the information needed to perform the relevant service.
Your guests
If you add guest information, you are responsible for having an appropriate reason to use that information for your wedding planning and invitations. Avoid entering information you do not need.
Data access and deletion
From Account settings you can download a copy of your Ceremli planning data and permanently delete your account. Deleting an account removes the account and associated wedding-planning records from Ceremli's application database.
Security
Ceremli uses password hashing, authenticated sessions, CSRF protection on account actions, rate limits on sensitive endpoints and HTTPS in production. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
Ceremli uses an essential login-session cookie so signed-in features work. It is not used for advertising.
