The service
Ceremli provides digital tools for wedding planning, guest management, RSVPs, invitations, seating, budgets and related planning activities.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for information entered into your Ceremli account. Do not use the service to send unlawful, abusive or unsolicited communications.
Guest information
You are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate basis for entering and using guest contact and RSVP information. Only collect information reasonably needed for your wedding.
Payments
Where paid plans are offered, prices and included features are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by the configured payment provider. Any statutory consumer rights that apply to you are unaffected.
Availability
We aim to keep Ceremli reliable, but availability is not guaranteed without interruption. Features may change as the service develops.
Liability
Ceremli is a planning tool and does not guarantee the performance of venues, suppliers, payment providers or other third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending your account
You can delete your Ceremli account from Account settings. Account deletion is designed to permanently remove associated planning data from the application database.
Operator details
Before public commercial launch, the legal business/operator name, address and customer-support contact details should be added to these terms.
